An elegant square-shaped tasting spoon hand-carved by designer and spoonmaker Annie Slack. Based in Lewes, England, Slack carves spoons by hand using saw, axe, and knives, working with sustainably-sourced local green woods from Sussex. “A practice of form finding,” Slack describes, her research in tableware and the process of craft explores “the preciousness of everyday rituals, objects in our hands and on our tables."

Size and color may vary slightly as each piece is handmade. Finished with a food-grade natural mineral oil.

Hand wash with gentle soap and water. Hand dry immediately. Do not soak or use in the dishwasher. Apply protective oil as needed choosing oils such as walnut, coconut, hemp, sesame, or linseed. Avoid olive oil.
