A set of bone handle knives with hand-forged steel blades designed for serving antipasti from Italian designer Max Poglia. The set of three includes A one-sided straight blade for charcuterie, a double-edge knife with pointed tip for breaking into hard cheeses, and a curved blade for medium to soft cheeses. Knives are made of recycled steel with a unique patinated finish and handles are finished with solid brass rivets. Designed in New York and handmade in southern Brazil, the set comes packed in a leather case for travel.
