Made in the United Kingdom.

Characterful serving pieces from Robert Thompson’s Craftsmen in the North Yorkshire moors. The collective of artisans continue the legacy of turn-of-century craftsman Robert Thompson, who was known as the Mouseman of Kilburn. Self-taught using traditional tools and hand carving techniques, Thompson drew inspiration from the English styles of the 17th century for his early work. A signature hand-carved mouse is found on each of Thompson’s original designs.

These heritage pieces are hand tooled and continue to be made from naturally-seasoned English Oak. Variation in color, grain, and texture is unique to each piece.
