Made with a commitment to sustainable manufacturing and low-environmental impact, Brooklyn Copper pieces are meant to be passed down from generation to generation. Each piece is spun from 11-gauge copper free of lead, cadmium, and mercury, and hand-laid with pure, non-reactive tin. Copper is 5x more conductive than cast iron and 25x more than stainless steel, making it the perfect complement for the non-stick properties of tin.
Not for use on conduction surfaces or in ovens. It is important not to heat your pan empty, always add your oil or fat first to prevent damaging the tin lining. A natural patina will develop over time.
