Located on two hundred acres in the Hudson Valley, gardener Amy Goldman cultivates a wide variety of heirloom fruits and vegetables to feed her family while preserving agricultural heritage. In Heirloom Harvest, her essay titled “Fruits of the Earth” documenting her twenty-five year process is elegantly paired with daguerrotype images from photographer Jerry Spagnoli of her orchards, land, and herbarium.
