French jam maker Coco Guilhem specializes in low sugar, naturally sweet jam made in the traditional style of her native Brittany: fresh fruit cooked over low heat in large copper pots to retain fruit flavors. All jam is made without the use of preservatives.
Made with apricots, cane sugar, and fruit pectin.
