Whole cardamom pods are best used in recipes featuring some sort of liquid for the cardamom to infuse. The pods that encase cardamom seeds have little flavor on their own, but they are a handy way to keep the seeds contained. Crushing the pod slightly will expose the aromatic seeds inside. Pod casings may be removed from the dish before serving, or you can just eat around them.

MARCH Pantry spices are harvested from all over the world, wherever the highest quality herbs and spices are grown. Signature indigo glass jars are designed to keep light out, and spices fresh.
