Red wine vinegar is made from a blend of Merlot, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the traditional French Orleans method of extraction.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made of certified organic Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, Taggiasca, and Coratina olives. The oil exhibits big, bold flavors with aromas of artichoke and fennel and hints of herbs and spices. The finish exhibits a peppery bite in the back of the throat, a sign of quality and presence of healthy polyphenols.

Signature indigo glass bottles are designed to keep light out and contents fresh.
