Made exclusively for MARCH by KATZ Farm in the Napa Valley. This special bottling of olive oil was harvested late October through November in the fall of 2018. The organic blend exhibits big, bold flavors with aromas of artichoke and fennel and hints of herbs and spices. The finish exhibits a peppery bite in the back of the throat, a sign of quality and presence of healthy polyphenols.
A beautifully-balanced blend that shows best when finishing and flavoring dishes. The simpler the dish, the more the quality of the oil will shine.
Made of 40% Frantoio, 30% Leccino, 10% Maurino, 10% Taggiasca, and 10% Coratina. Certified organic by CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers), and certified as Extra Virgin Olive Oil by the CCOC (California Olive Oil Council).
