Hand-thrown and hand-glazed in Brooklyn, New York by Natalie Weinberger. The black sand finish is the result of a specially-formulated clay mix of porcelain, white stoneware, and black basalt sand. The bowl interior is finished with a food safe semi-transparent white gloss glaze subtly showing the spotted black basalt beneath.
