A small and simple pewter spoon for serving tea and other condiments by artist Willa Marten.
Based in Mill Valley, California, Marten first designed pewter castings, jewelry, and small sculpture for J.S. Marten Company out of Indiana from 1976 to 1993 where she was also the co-owner. After living in Kealakekua Bay, Hawaii and now, in the Bay Area of California, Marten focuses on quaint and idiosyncratic designs—in pewter and other materials—inspired by the natural objects found around her home.
