When will my item be shipped?
All orders shipping domestic are processed within 24 - 36 hours for in-stock items, and are shipped out Monday - Friday. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
What if I select Store Pickup?
Orders marked as Store Pickup at checkout by the customer can be picked up at MARCH within 2-4 business days given that all items are in stock. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email from MARCH stating that items are ready for pickup.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery or within 30 days of delivery for store credit. All items must be in their original packaging and condition. To return merchandise, first contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if an item I order is out of stock?
In the event of an item being out of stock or on order, MARCH will reach out directly with more information on restock updates or on placing a special order for said item.
What if I receive the wrong item or am missing an item in my order?
In the event that you are missing an item or have received the wrong item in an order, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged orders must be documented with photographs sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Do not throw away the box or the damaged goods.
What if my package is missing?
Missing or lost orders must be notified to email@example.com within 7 days of expected delivery date.
What countries do you ship to?
MARCH is pleased to offer shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
What if I want to place an order from outside of those countries?
At this time, we are unable to ship to countries other than the above listed. For information on other options, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are there any exclusions for international shipping?
MARCH Pantry and any edible items, furniture, and special orders are all excluded from international shipping.
How do I create a registry?
Visit our Registry page and click “Create a Registry” to be directed to the signup form where you will enter your information and create a password for your registry account. If you are a customer with an existing MARCH account, please select “Returning Customer? Login” instead.
How do I find a registry?
Visit our Registry page and click “Find a Registry.” There you will enter the first and last name of the registrant you are looking for. If you’re unable to locate the registry under one party’s name, please try the others as the registry may be under either individual’s name.
How do I change my registry information?
Visit our Registry page and click “Manage a Registry” to login to your account and make changes.
