All damage details must be properly documented as outlined below and emailed to info@marchsf. com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Do not break down or dispose of any of the packaging until a MARCH sales associate has reviewed and completed your claim.
Keep packaging as intact as possible once it is clear that there is damage to an item; photos showing how the item was packaged are helpful to the claim process and difficult to recreate.
Photos required for filing a claim are as follows:
- All four sides of the box
- Top of the box showing shipping label with tracking number
- Inside of box showing as accurately as possible how the item was packed
- Clear photos of damage to item(s)
- Any additional photos of the box showing clear mis-handling such as; crushed corners, tears, punctures, or water damage
When dealing with glass or ceramic pieces that may pose a risk to you, there is no need to take the item fully out of the box.
If damage details are sent past 7 days from the delivery date, or you are not able to send photos, we may not be able to file a claim, which is required by our insurance to provide a refund or replacement.
