Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery or within 30 days of delivery for store credit. All items must be in their original packaging and condition. To return merchandise, first contact orders@marchsf.com.

Once items are received by MARCH, refunds are credited to the original form of payment or issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire.

Returns over $5,000 will incur a 10% restocking fee.

All edible/food items and special orders are final sale.

All fine art is final sale.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. MARCH does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to MARCH. Merchandise may also be returned in person at MARCH on Sacramento Street in San Francisco.

With any international returns or exchanges, we are unable to refund any taxes or duties paid for customs.
