Shipping
All orders shipping domestic are processed within 5 days for in-stock items, and are shipped out Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
MARCH offers FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Services.
MARCH is not responsible for shipments once in the hands of FedEx. For inquiries beyond tracking provided, please follow up with FedEx directly.
All special order items will ship as we receive them, therefore, items ordered together may not be shipped together. In the event of an item being out of stock or on order, MARCH will reach out directly with more information. For items requiring White Glove Shipping, MARCH will reach out prior to shipping with a quote from a qualified shipper.
Damaged orders must be documented with photographs sent to info@marchsf.com within 7 days of delivery. Do not throw away the box or the damaged goods. Missing or lost orders must be notified to info@marchsf.com within 7 days of expected delivery date.
Signature Required
If you opt out of Signature Required at checkout, you assume the responsibility for your delivery. If your tracking details show your packaged as delivered, but you have not received it, you will need to follow up directly with FedEx. Without a signature, we have no way of locating packages claimed missing after being marked as delivered by FedEx.
By opting out of Signature Required, you acknowledge that MARCH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
MARCH is currently only shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom
MARCH by law cannot ship pantry goods internationally.
MARCH offers FedEx International Economy (7-10 day) and FedEx International Priority (3-5 day) services. For information on delivery scheduling please contact FedEx once you receive your tracking number.
All international orders are subject to taxes, duties, and fees determined by the country they are shipped to. These are the responsibility of the recipient and will be sent to you by FedEx once the delivery is made. Law requires us to the list the full retail value of items ordered, and we are unable to send any packages marked as a gift. On occasion, customs agents may open/inspect or delay delivery. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office. Orders over $2,500 in value may be held at customs until duties and fees are paid before being delivered, as required by law. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee of 10% of the total order cost.

All prices are listed and processed in USD. To accurately estimate the final cost of your purchase, we recommend checking the current exchange rate of your local currency to USD. Some banks collect a conversion fee for international transactions, please check with your bank for more information.
Store Pickup
Orders marked as Store Pickup at checkout by the customer can be picked up at MARCH within 2-5 business days given that all items are in stock. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email from MARCH stating that items are ready for pickup.
Special Order
All orders placed for merchandise listed on our site as Special Order are not cancelable once the order has been placed and such items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Materials
MARCH aims to use sustainable shipping materials whenever possible.
The Ranpak® and Geami® paper used to cushion and wrap our orders is renewable, biodegradable, and recyclable curbside.
Bubble wrap used for highly breakable items only is made of up to 40% recycled content. Some cities offer curbside recycling options for this material. Please check with your local municipality for information. With new advances in compostable bubble wrap manufacturing, MARCH plans to transition to this alternative as soon as it is readily available for commercial use.
Our shipping boxes are recyclable cardboard and our paper tape is water-activated with no fiberglass additives.
Our custom MARCH gift wrap paper is printed on recycled newsprint with water-based ink and our gift boxes are made of either recycled kraft or recyclable corrugated cardboard.
